**The problem:** AI is making work faster, not lighter. It shifts effort from typing to reviewing, trusting, and context-switching — and that kind of load doesn't show up on a delivery dashboard until it's already burnout, attrition, or a psychosocial risk claim.

**The approach:** A 30-second daily check-in, not a quarterly survey. Ascenda turns those check-ins into a five-axis weekly shape — Clarity, Flow State, Cognitive Balance, Autonomy, Recovery — so a person can see the pattern building before they hit the wall, and a guided conversation can unpack the cause when they want to.

## Building for Individual Trust First

### The Product

Ascenda Flow is the free, local-first instrument for individuals. Check-ins stay yours; only de-identified, aggregate trends ever reach an employer, and never an individual's own data — a boundary the product calls "the wall," published on its own trust page. Ascenda for Organisations sits on the other side of that wall: opt-in, aggregate signal for teams, with no manager view of any one person.
